ADOBE AND PINES INN BED AND BREAKFAST

Adobe and Pines Inn occupies an 1830s adobe hacienda with thick walls and kiva fireplaces. The grounds feature a meditation labyrinth, a meandering stream, and gardens with native plants. Outdoor fire pits are provided for guest use in the evenings.

Guest rooms are individually decorated with Southwestern art and handmade furniture. The Puerta Violeta room includes a king bed, a private rooftop deck, and an oversized jacuzzi tub. The Puerta Rosa offers a two-person sauna and a soaking tub in front of a kiva fireplace.

A gourmet organic breakfast is prepared each morning by the owner-chef using local ingredients. Menu items include blue corn pancakes, green chile sausage, and fresh eggs from the inn's own chickens. Breakfast is served in a communal dining room with a kiva fireplace.
